How we work

Step 1. Query.

You leave an order in Telegram, Viber or send it to our e-mail. In the request, you need to indicate all the information that is requested in the order form. In the absence of a vector layout, a sketch, visualization or photo of the sample is attached to the request.

Step 2. Miscalculation.

After receiving a request, our managers will contact you and provide a calculation of the cost of the product, according to the information provided. The results of the calculation are sent for approval to the e-mail specified by you as a contact one.

Step 3. Prepayment.

Orders are sent to production only after an advance payment of 50% or 100% of the cost of payment for the order. Payment - in any way convenient for you: Privat Bank card, monobank, cash (Ternopil).

Step 4. Cutting.

The production time is from 1 to 5 work days from the date of prepayment, depending on the production load and the volume of cutting.

Step 5. Shipment.

You can pick up the order yourself from the workshop (Ternopil). Also, we can send your order by Nova Poshta or other courier deliveries.
